All products are made to order. Please allow 2–10 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may increase during holidays or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, shipping updates may be available through the information provided with your order.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Returns & Refund Policy

Because all Rivervale products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or preference.

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

If a replacement or refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method.
